This application will let you enable Bluetooth Low Energy API on Nexus 7, Nexus 10 and Galaxy Nexus on top of a running 4.3 Android, an update for Android 4.4 will be available in the following days.

NOTE: If you have a Galaxy Nexus with Android 4.4 then this application is not required, as Google doesn't provide KitKat for this device.

The application includes an installer with an automatic backup so if Google releases an update the changes can be reverted and the system can be upgraded without doing a factory reset.

The code is based on patches I sent to CyanogenMod cm-10.2 should all ready have support for it.
